"There are tons of awesome events at SBU hosted by various clubs and organizations that are perfect for bonding with your friends or even making new ones! Personally, some of my favorite memories at SBU were the impromptu gatherings with friends. We'd spend the night playing games, Spikeball, watching movies, or just talking the night away. It was always a blast!"

Student Leadership Clubs

Become part of student organizations focused on making an impact on campus events and happenings. You’ll learn how to plan, lead, and take initiative on projects. Here are a few to get you started:

  • Welcome Week—SBU's new-student orientation event is student-led and organized, allowing current SBU students the opportunity to guide and mentor new students through their transition to SBU.
