Health Professions Degrees

The Mercy College of Health Professions at Southwest Baptist University offers undergraduate and graduate degree programs in nursing, radiography, health sciences, and physical therapy, designed for students to pursue a health-care education in a Christ-centered environment.

Two divisions are housed within the Mercy College of Health Professions:

Health Sciences & Post-Licensure Nursing

Radiography

Radiography is the study of medical imaging techniques. This includes learning to use X-rays to help diagnose injuries. Radiography can be used in a variety of fields including the dental, mammography, orthopedic, and chiropractic fields.

The 2-year associate program in radiography includes extensive clinical training and real, hands-on experience. Radiography students benefit from small class sizes. The close instruction from faculty provides opportunities for individualized instruction, academic guidance and networking.
