Dining Services at SBU

"Food that you want, when and where you want it."

Southwest Baptist University is proud that Provider Contract Food Service (“Provider”), a company with fresh, regional cuisine and globally inspired menus, provides our campus community with quality food service options. Provider manages the on-campus food service program for residential students and commuters as well as campus catering services.

Provider is ranked No. 5 "Best College Food in the Nation," acording to Niche and the No. 1 contractor-operated program in the nation. SBU is excited to partner with Provider to bring the best possible dining experience to our students!

At the main dining facility, The Marketplace, we offer all-you-can-eat meals and feature a full salad bar. Careful attention is given to food quality and nutrition.

Students can also use their meal swipes for quick snacks or meals at the Deli-Craft, Coffee Craft and Shake Smart. For quick convenience items, check out the Corner Market coming later in Fall 2022!
